Blooming Through It

I am going to be honest with you all, the hardest part of my day is waking up and getting out of bed. The moment I open my eyes I have to remind myself why I woke up today. Those biggest reasons are my beautiful daughter and my husband/father of our child. My family is the most important priority in my life and they will always be the reason I get out of bed.
Now that I am up for the day, my first steps is to access my daughter. My favorite thing to see when I enter her room is her smile that spreads ear to ear the moment she sees me. You really can’t describing this feeling of love for your child, it is unlike any other. Although a current struggle I have with her is that she wets through he diaper at night. We hope that changing diaper brands will help but we will have to wait and see.
This girl can eat. I make her a 7oz bottle and she can inhale it in under 5 mins, but I’m proud of her because she can hold the bottle all by herself. While she has her breakfast, I use this time to do my morning routine. Using the bathroom, brushing my teeth and hair, changing into comfy clothes that don’t make me look like a hobo(what my mother says my wardrobe looks like XD). by this time, my husband has woken up and is keeping an eye on our daughter.
I don’t usually have breakfast unless I have my occasional craving. Instead I go onto my patio to check on my plants. Plants have become a recent hobby of mine and they bring me great joy to take care of them. My favorite plant that I’m growing now is a tomato. I actually got tomatoes to grow!!! I also recently found a hanging plant at an estate sale and didn’t think much of it and I didn’t know what kind of plant it was it my aunt saw and and told me it was an Orchid! Orchids are my favorite flowers. I got so lucky with this purchase.
I’m grateful for the job I have because I have the option to work from home three days out of the work week. so if i am at home about to work I can stay in my comfy clothes and jump straight into it. I sell medicare insurance and it is no walk in the park, it took me awhile to get where I am and I only have this job because it makes me money, I’m trying to go back to school so I can work with animals. That is my dream, sometimes I like animals more than people XD. My job takes up most of my day as I answer call after call.
After I’m finally off the first thing I do is see my daughter and cover her in kisses and give her a squeeze. She is always so happy to see me, unfortunately it is short lived because we have to put her to bed soon after I am off. I do feel like I’m missing out on my baby’s life but this is the way things are for now. After she is put down I shower the day’s stress off of me and spend time with my husband. We either play a video game together or cuddle up and watch something. He loves to watch anime and so do I but for me it needs to be a mood, I usually prefer an animated or disney movie.
That is only one day of my life so there is plenty more to come and I’ll keep BLOOMING THROUGH IT!
